  4. Transfer to a dusted container and allow to proof for until it doubles, at least 40 minutes, while covered.
  5. Punch down the dough to remove air. mold it tightly to desired shape and transfer into your greased baking tin and allow to proof for another 20 minutes
  6. Place in a 175 degree Celsius preheated oven for 25 - 30 minutes. remove from oven and brush some margarine immediately.
  7. Allow to cool before serving
