Meanwhile preheat the oven to 180°C. Once the dough rises, sprinkle flour on the top of the rolls using a strainer.
Lower the oven to 160°C and bake. Cool on a wire rack. Please adjust baking temperature and time depending on your own oven. They are so soft just after baking.
