  2. Take 165 g caster sugar

  3. Set the oven to 180 degrees. Line and grease a cake tin.

  5. Add the sugar, vanilla, cinammon and eggs. Mix well.
  6. Add the milk gradually until consistency of honey.
  7. Pour half the mixture into the tin. Add a layer of apple slices then the rest of the mixture and then more apples on top
  8. Bake for 45 -55 minutes until golden brown on top and cooked through
