  1. Rub butter on the base of an oven proof dish. Place the sliced potatoes along the bottom and sprinkle salt & pepper over them. In a bowl mix the grated cheese with the cream, parsley and the squeezed lemon juice. Place some mixture over the top (we are layering this dish like a lasagne)!
  2. Place the haddock fillets on top of the mixture then spread the remaining cheese mixture.
  3. Finally sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the top and pop in the oven for 35 mins at 170 degrees (fan). I served this with peas. Such a yummy dish!
