  1. Make ready 1 kilo of chicken legs skin removed
  2. Take 1 tbs honey
  3. Take 2 tbs soya sauce
  4. Prepare 3 spring onions chopped

  6. Take 2 tbs jerk seasoning
  7. Take 1 juice of lime
  8. Prepare 1 red chilli

  1. Skin chicken legs and score flesh 4 times
  2. Place in a non metalic bowl
  3. Blitz the rest of ingredients then pour over chicken and make sure all the chicken is covered and in the slashes
  4. Marinade over night (best)or at least 3 hours
  5. Place on a foil lined baking sheet and bake @180 for 45 min or untill cooked through if going to do a bbq i cook for 30mins in oven then place on bbq to finish off making sure it cooked through
  6. Serve with salad and rice and a squeeze of lime
