The ingredients needed to make Kimchi Chicken:
  1. Get 1/2 pound chicken thigh cut into thin slices
  2. Prepare 1/3 cup kimchi juice from kimchi jar
  3. Take 2 Tablespoon grated ginger
  4. Take 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  5. Take 1/2 teaspoon corn starch
  6. Take 1/4 cup kimchi sliced or to taste
  7. Get 1 green onion thinly sliced
Instructions to make Kimchi Chicken:
  1. Mix the the chicken slices with corn starch, kimchi sauce, grated ginger, and soy sauce. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a lightly greased cake pan, air fry the chicken at 380F (190C) for about 10-12 minutes until the meat is cooked through. When done, add in chopped kimchi and stir. Air fry at 380F (190C) for 2 more minutes.
  3. Garnish with green onion to serve.
