Get 1 kg Chicken
Make ready 2 Green cardamom
Make ready 1/2 kg Dahi
Take 4 large Onions finely sliced
Take Cinnamon stick 1
Prepare Long and black pepper 2 each
Make ready 1.5 cup Ghee
Prepare 1 tsp Salt
Make ready 1.5 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
Prepare 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
Get 1.5 tbsp Dhania powder
Take 1/3 tsp Haldi powder
Take drops Kewra water few
Prepare 1 tsp Jaefel jawetri powder
Instructions to make Chicken Korma:
In a degchi add ghee,fry onions on medium heat until crispy light brown. Take out on a kitchen tissue. Once cool,crush these onions in mortal and pastel.
In a bowl add dahi,ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder,dhania powder,salt,haldi,and pinch of orange colour,jaefel jawetri powder.mix well and keep aside.
In the same pot which had ghee add suburb garam masalas and chicken,fry chicken until it changes colour and bhun jae ache se.
Add dahi mixture and cook for 10-15mins,once chicken is done add the crushed onions.
Mix and cook well until ghee comes above,add kewra water.
Dish out and serve with Sheermaal and Naan.
