Make ready 1 packet ready to fry chicken seekh kabab
Get 4 onions sliced & deep fried
Make ready 1 cup plain yogurt
Prepare 1/2 cup milk
Prepare 1 box tomato puree
Get (grind the above ingredients to paste in a food processor)
Take 2 tsp red chilli powder
Prepare 2 tsp turmeric powder
Get 2 tsp garam masala powder
Make ready 3 tsp coriander powder
Make ready 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Take to taste salt
Make ready 2-3 bay leaves
Take 4-5 tbsp oil
Get 2-3 green chillies chopped (optional)
Prepare juice of 1 lemon squeezed
Prepare as needed coriander leaves for garnish
Steps to make Chicken Seekh korma:
Cut the seekh kababs in two pieces & shallow fry them on medium heat in a fry pan. keep them aside in a dish.
For gravy: heat oil in a deep pan. add bay leaves. once they change colour add ginger garlic paste, dry masalas(redchilli,coriander,turmeric, garam masala powder) & cook for few seconds. - add water, onion paste & let the gravy simmer on meduim heat for few minutes.
Once the oil floats on top add the fried seekh kababs & mix well. chk for salt. - garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot with roti or steam rice.
