  11. Prepare 1 tsp mustard paste

  15. Get 1 tsp honey
  16. Make ready 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  1. Heat a pan. Marinate the chicken with soya sauce and salt for 15mins. Now add oil. Pour the marinated chicken. Fry them until golden colour. Now add the diced onion. Fry them for few minutes. Cover with the lid.
  2. I have boiled the rice before. Now open the lid and add red chopped pepper. Mix them well. Then add cooked rice and give it a good mix. Cover with lid and put it on very low flame for few minutes.
  3. Now for salad cut the mango in cubes. In a bowl take mustard paste, pinch of chilli powder, honey, lemon juice and salt. Now mix them. Add mangoes and mix. I have added some red pepper but it’s optional. 😊
