  1. Preheat the oven at 200 Celsius.
  2. Put the turkey minced, Thai red curry paste, salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar and breadcrumbs and mix all ingredients well by hands, then shape the mixture into the balls.
  3. Bake in the oven for approx 20 minutes
  4. Gently heat the oil, Sriracha sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, ginger puree, garlic granules, the rest of sugar and water in the small saucepan until the sugar dissolves and the sauce turns slightly thicken.
  5. Remove the meatballs out of the oven. Pour half of the sauce to cover all the meatballs. Put them back in the oven and bake for further 5 minutes.
  6. Take the meatballs and transfer on the serving plate, pour the rest of the sauce, garnish with chopped coriander. Serve hot or cold.
