  1. Boil the eggs and peel it. Cut into half. Heat peanut oil in pan add curry leaves and fry the eggs until it turns golden colour. Keep this aside. - - Heat oil in same pan add all the ingredients under the topic "For Masala". Saute nicely under low flame until masala cook nicely and turns into nice colour.
  2. Once the spices are roasted nicely, when the tomatoes turns mushy cool down completely and grind it into nice smooth paste. Now add the ground paste and let it boil for 5 minutes in medium flame.
