The ingredients needed to make Kimchi Spaghetti:
  1. Get 1 bell pepper
  2. Prepare 5 stick green onion
  3. Make ready 1 shredded cheese
  4. Make ready 1/2 packages noodles
  5. Get 2 cup sausage or ham
  6. Take 2 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  7. Make ready 2 cup kimchi
Instructions to make Kimchi Spaghetti:
  1. Wash and cut vegetables & kimchi.
  2. Slice meat.
  3. Boil spaghetti. When noodles are done, rinse in cold water. Preheat oven to 375º.
  4. While pasta cooks, sauté vegetables (but not the kimchi yet) with oil and a pinch of salt. Cook meat then set all aside. After setting aside the meat and vegetables sauté kimchi by itself in a little bit of oil.
  5. Turn heat to medium and add all vegetables and meat to the kimchi in the pan. Pour in tomato sauce and mix.
  6. Put cooked noodles into large pan then pour and mix in the sauce. Sprinkle cheese over the top (and I like to put lots) and put in oven until melted.
