Bolognese is one of the most favored of recent trending foods in the world. It is enjoyed by millions every day. It is easy, it is quick, it tastes delicious. They’re fine and they look fantastic. Bolognese is something that I have loved my whole life.

The ingredients needed to make Bolognese:
  1. Make ready 1 large onion
  2. Take 1 tbsp ghee
  3. Make ready 1 tbsp thyme
  4. Make ready 3 cloves garlic
  5. Get 1.5 inches ginger
  6. Take 1 tbsp turmeric powdet
  7. Make ready 2 tbsp Maggi liquid seasoning
  8. Prepare 1 tbsp cumin powder
  9. Take 1 tsp black pepper
  10. Take 1.2 kg mince lamb
  11. Take 260 g chick peas
  12. Prepare 135 g tomato paste
  13. Make ready 6 tbsp ketchup
  14. Prepare 1 tbsp BBQ sauce
  15. Take 1 cup sweetcorn
  16. Get 1 1/2 cup spinach
Instructions to make Bolognese:
  1. Chop up the onion into slices. And add to a pan on medium heat with a tbsp of ghee
  2. Chop up the garlic and ginger and add the thyme into the pan
  3. Once browned add the mince and seasonings then increase the heat.
  4. Add the tomatoe paste, ketchup and BBQ sauce then the chickpeas and sweat corn and spinach
  5. Cook down and enjoy!
