  3. Add the egg and baking powder to the mixture and using your hands mix well.
  4. Heat the deep fat fryer.
  5. Place the mixture into a piping bag and carefully pipe directly into the oil until golden brown.
  6. In a bowl mix some cinnamon and sugar together. And line a plate with some kitchen roll.
  7. Remove the farturas onto the the plate lined with kitchen roll.
  8. Sprinkle some cinnamon sugar onto the farturas as they come out of the fryer.
  9. Best served warmed.
