  16. Get 1 tbsp Yogurt
  17. Get Warm water as required

Here I have shaped the Samosas, which are normally made in a triangular shape to a flower shape. Take out from oil and place the samosas in an oil absorbing paper.   8. You can use dshape mould
  9. Deep fry till golden brown.

Take out from oil and place the samosas in an oil absorbing paper. I have slightly over-fried the first one as I was afraid that the flower shape will break in oil. but the shapes remain during deep. Look at the triangular shaped samosa with potato filling inside sitting beautifully. Now repeat the same process for the rest of the dough. Now reduce the flame to medium and maintain the same oil temperature throughout frying.
