Prepare eggs
Get spring onion, chopped
Make ready pepper, chopped
Take garlic, chopped

Get drops of truffle oil (optional)

Instructions to make Vegetables omelette:
Put the olive oil with the truffle oil in a saucepan then start frying all the vegetables on a medium heat.

In a deep bowl, mix the eggs with the cream cheese and all the spices (leave the black pepper for the top)
When the vegetables are cooked, spread them evenly in the saucepan then pour the eggs on them. Cover with a lid and leave on a ~medium to low heat for 8-10 minutes
After 8-10 minutes turn the heat off, add the grated cheese on top of the omelette with the black pepper then cover again for 2 minutes.
