  1. Heat oil in a vessel add onion & make brista. In a same oil fried potato.
  2. Marinate mutton wth curd, ginger garlic paste & salt fr 1/2 hour than cook in pressure cooker till mutton cooked.
  3. Grind tomato& green chilli in mixi
  4. In a vessel add tomato paste, lemon juice, red chilli powder,turmeric powder, cummin powder, coriander powder, biryani masala, Garam masala powder & mutton mix well. Add brista & potato too
  5. Soak basmati rice in water fr 30 mnt before cooking. I used Normal rice,cooked wth whole garam masala & oil till all water dry.
  6. In a vessel make first rice layers than mutton masala, than rice. Spinkle yellow food colour & onion brista. Enjoy with onion salad.

Add in the washed mutton pieces. Saute until the mutton gives out its own juices. Add turmeric, chilli and cumin powders. Simmer until the mutton is cooked. Continue to cook until the oil separates from the meat.
