  4. Add tomato, capsicum, and green chilies and fry for 5 mins.
  5. In little warm milk/ water (your choice) add some Kesar and leave it for 5 mins.
  6. Add rice in it and sprinkle Kesar liquid on rice and add Biryani masala & salt to fry well and serve hot.
