  1. Add the minced meat to a pan add lil oil on a medium heat, add garlic seasoning and soy sauce stir for some mns then remove the pan from heat
  2. On another pan add oil, grated scotch bonnets,and fry for a while add veggies green beans and peas, (all cooked) stir, add red kidney beans green pepper onions (sliced) and keep frying,add seasoning.
  3. Add the minced meat grated carrots,and more onions stir well,and add a lil amnt of stock and cover the pot tightly to be completely cooked.
  4. Serve with coleslaw or salad of your choice
