  1. Get 150 g Tofu
  2. Take 150 g Minced meat
  3. Get Egg x1
  4. Take Teaspoon Shao xing wine x1/2
  5. Prepare Teaspoon Soya sauce x1
  6. Get Tablespoon Oyster sauce x1
  7. Prepare Water x6 tablespoon (add more water if you need)
  8. Make ready Teaspoon Dark soya sauce x3/4
  9. Get Garlic powder and onion powder (OPT)
Instructions to make Minced meat tofu patty:
  1. Mix tofu and mince meat
  2. Add beaten egg in
  3. Add 1 teaspoon of soya sauce to taste, dash of pepper, onion and garlic powder for taste.
  4. Add oil to pan
  5. Use a tablespoon to scope mixture into pan (low-med heat)
  6. 3 mins on eat side (or slightly browned)
  7. Sauce - add all ingredients in and mix. Add water to suit your taste.
  8. Option 1) Add patties back into pan and cook 30 seconds with sauce (make sure sauce covers all patties)
  9. Option 2) Cook sauce and pour them on top of patties
