Hello everybody, hope you are having an incredible day today. Today, we’re going to make a special dish, lockdown nachos. It is one of my favorites food recipes. This time, I’m gonna make it a little bit unique. This will be really delicious.

Lockdown Nachos is one of the most favored of recent trending meals on earth. It is appreciated by millions daily. It is easy, it is quick, it tastes delicious. They’re fine and they look wonderful. Lockdown Nachos is something that I’ve loved my entire life.

To begin with this particular recipe, we have to first prepare a few components. You can cook lockdown nachos using 13 ingredients and 10 steps. Here is how you cook that.

The ingredients needed to make Lockdown Nachos:
  1. Prepare as needed Oil for frying
  2. Prepare 2 tsp Piri Piri Masala for sprinkling on top of Nachos
  3. Get Dough
  4. Prepare 1/2 cup Whole wheat flour
  5. Take 1/2 cup Rice flour
  6. Prepare As needed Hot water (bearable to fingers)
  7. Get Oil spice
  8. Prepare 2 Tbsp oil
  9. Make ready 1 Tbsp Onion Powder
  10. Prepare 1 Tsp Mint Powder
  11. Make ready 3/4 Tsp Black salt
  12. Prepare 2 pinches turmeric powder
  13. Get 1/2 tsp white salt
Instructions to make Lockdown Nachos:
  1. Lets make oil spice mix first. In a bowl add all the spices mentioned above for oil spice along with oil-onion powder, mint powder, black salt, turmeric powder, white salt. It should be smooth and runny.
  2. Now in a big mixing bowl, take both wheat and rice flour. Mix them and then add the above oil spice mix. Now knead the flour into a medium soft dough by taking hot water little by little. Make sure you dont burn your fingers. Water temperature must be bearable for fingers. Let the dough rest for minimum 30 minutes.
  3. Divide the dough into smaller balls and Roll out 1 balll in a round roti type shape.
  4. Now fork it nicely and with the help of knife or pizza cutter, cut into triangle shapes. Repeat the same process for remaining dough.
  5. Now fry the nachos in very hot oil. Put nachos in hot oil one by one and then immediately turn the flame low. Now fry nachos by switching between low and medium flame.
  6. Do not fry at high flame else nachos will not be crispy enough. Fry until light golden brown.
  7. Now sprinkle masala of your choice on hot nachos while the oil is still on it's surface so that masala can easily stick on it.
  8. I prefer sprinkling Piri Piri masala or maggi masala but you can choose any.
  9. Please note: the nachos will turn crispy after they cool down completely. Supposedly after 30-60 minutes.
  10. Enjoy the crispy nachos prepared at home with proper hygiene and i combine it with smoky tomato dip. Recipe of it is on my channel for now. I will write here too🙂
