  1. In a sufuria fry onions till golden brown then add tomatoes. Let it simmer until the tomatoes are ready.

  3. Then add Dania, salt, royco and alittle water then cover for 10mins.
  4. In a different sufuria put mchicha, salt and water then boil for 10mins.
  5. When both are ready serve with ugali/chapati or rice. Serve while hot.
