  1. Get 300 gm Bombay duck boiled
  2. Take 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  3. Take 1 large onion chopped
  4. Get 1 tsp red chilli Powder

  6. Prepare 2 tsp gram flour
  7. Take 1 egg
  8. Prepare 1/2 cup biscuit crumb

  1. Remove bones of the fish
  2. Add all the ingredients except gram flour, biscuit crumb,egg and oil
  3. Mix all and give a shape of cylinder
  4. Now beat the egg with salt
  5. Coat the fish chop with besan
  6. Dip it into egg and roll over biscuit crumb
  7. Heat oil and fry the fish chop
  8. Serve it with sauce and onion rings.
