  1. Wash and soak sauf for 5-6 hours.
  2. Grind it with sugar and cardamom. Add little water.
  3. Sieves it. Boil it. After cooling put it in an airtight bottle.
  4. When you have to serve put 1/4 syrup add water ice cubes.serve it
