The ingredients needed to make Overnight oats:
Make ready 1 cup oats
Make ready 2 tbsp chia seeds
Take 1/2 green apple chopped
Make ready 1 and half cup milk

Take 2 strawberries
Take 1 banana sliced

Heat milk and bring to boil,bring closer your ingredients, chop your apples and keep aside
Add 2 tbsp of chia seeds unto 1 cup of of milk.
In a bowl add oats,cinnamon powder,chopped apple and pour the remaining milk.
Add in 2 tbsp of honey or sugar, i added honey just to make it more healthier.
Mix everything together, cover and put in the fridge, allow it to stay overnight so that the oat and chia seeds absorb the moisture from the milk as well and flavour from cinnamon and apples.
Transfer into serving bowl in the morning.
Arrange strawberries,orange slices,almonds and sliced banana. Sprinkle black seeds on the banana and serve your delicious overnight oat with lots of natural flavor and high nutritional value from Omega 3 in our chia seed.
