Instructions to make Tomato Kuruma:
Heat oil in kadai add oil. Once oil is hot add fennel seeds. Once it done add bay leaf, cardamon with crushed garlic. Saute nicely. - - 2. Add sliced shallots and saute until it change golden brown colour. Now add all the masala powders and curry leaves. Saute until masala powder merge to onion. Add salt.
Now add sliced tomatoes. Saute until mush add 2 cups of water and let it boil for another 5 minutes. - - 4. Now add ground masala and boil for couple for minutes. - - 5. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with idli or dosa..
