  1. Firstly wash and peal the mango and cut into small pieces.
  2. Now heat a pan add oil after add cumin seed, fenugreek seeds and fennel seeds, sauté a min.
  3. Now add turmeric powder mix well after that add mango and sauté 2 to 3 min.
  4. Add 1 cup water, salt, chilli powder and black salt, mix well and cover it, cook 5 to 8 min on medium flame or or mango becomes soft.
  5. Now add jaggery(if you want you can add brown sugar place of jaggery) and garam masala and mix till jaggery mix with mango after that off the flame.
  6. Now ready for eat.

But majorly, I had a doubt about it it was good or gone stale. May be the vinegar in the chutney was the one bothering me. I wanted to try it out at home. When I went on the terrace to keep the grated raw mango for drying, I saw uncle mixing chopped mangoes to make pickle 🙂 I really felt good and felt like as it My colleague Mr. S, wanted the recipe of this sweet and sour raw mango chutney.
