Ham Hot-Pot is one of the most popular of recent trending foods on earth. It is simple, it’s quick, it tastes delicious. It’s enjoyed by millions daily. Ham Hot-Pot is something that I have loved my entire life. They’re nice and they look fantastic.

To get started with this particular recipe, we must first prepare a few ingredients. You can have ham hot-pot using 6 ingredients and 6 steps. Here is how you cook that.

The ingredients needed to make Ham Hot-Pot:
  1. Make ready 100 g gammon steak / 3½ oz .
  2. Get 100 g potato (unpeeled sliced) / 3½ oz .
  3. Make ready 100 g onion (sliced) / 3½ oz .
  4. Make ready 50 g peas (frozen) / 2 oz .
  5. Take 2 tablespoons crème fraîche (low fat)
  6. Get 1 tablespoon mustard wholegrain
Steps to make Ham Hot-Pot:
  1. Preheat a broiler / grill.
  2. Microwave the gammon for 1½ minutes.
  3. Microwave the onion for 2 minutes and whilst it cooks cut the gammon into cubes.
  4. Put a small pan on medium to high heat. Add the gammon and onions together with the crème fraîche, mustard and peas. Season with pepper liberally and leave to gently simmer.
  5. Microwave the potato for 3 minutes in a lidded container with a little water.
  6. Transfer the ham and onion mix to an ovenproof dish and spread the potato over the top. Season the potato with salt and pepper. Spray with Spray2Cook and put the dish under the broiler / grill until the potato browns and then serve.
