  5. Beat the curd well and add into it and then add the soaked rice, salt and water and mix it well and cover the lid of the cooker and cook up-to 1 whistle in high flame.
  6. Let the gas remove out normally and then add the saffron milk in it and then cover it and let it cook in dum for about 5-6 minutes in low flame.
  7. Mix the fried cashew nuts in it.
  8. Now your Jack fruit yakhni pulao is ready.
  9. Serve it with raita.
