I prepare the jackfruit the day before, to save time on the day of.   5. Now add sliced onion in it saute it till become pink in colour, now add ginger garlic paste. Cook till raw small of ginger garlic flaover goes off
  6. Now add 80% cooked jackfruit in it mix it well. Cook the jackfruit in this masala for 1 min.
  7. Now add shahi biryani masala, salt mix it well and cook it for 1 min
  8. Now add garam masala, curd and mint. Mix it well, cover it and cook for 2 min on slow flame
  9. Now add soaked basmati rice, gentely mix rice in masala, keep in mind rice grain should not be break.
  10. Now add 2.5 cup of water, and slit green chillies, mix well bring it to boil one boil on medium flame, then cover it with lid cook it on slow flame. Occasion stirring.
  11. When rice grains cooked well, switch off the flame, let cool 10 min
  12. Serve hot with veg raita
