  7. Prepare 1 tbsp Coriander powder

  9. Prepare 1 tsp Salt depends or more
  10. Take 1 small bunch Coriander leaves for garnish

The Jackfruit seeds that were saved up during the Summer were sliced and used in this Skip the Jackfruit seeds and go with the potatoes instead. You can go all creative and team this up with I have used the famous Mangalorean vegetable masala powder which is available in most Mangalore. Here is how you achieve that.   1. In a pressure cooker add some water and the jackfruit seeds with a pinch of salt. Wait for 1 whistle and switch off the gas. Unskin the jackfruit seed, chop it fine and keep it aside.
  2. In a kadai pour some oil and wait for it to heat up.
  3. Add Cumin seeds and curry leaves and wait once its starts to splutter.
  4. Add Onion and garlic finely chopped and saute till light brown.
  5. Now add the turmeric powder, Chilli powder, Coriander power and salt. Mix well.
  6. Last add the jackfruit seeds that was finely chopped and mix till the masala is coated. In a slow flame cook the dish for another 10 mins. Add 1/2 cup water as you wish.
  7. Once the seed is well cooked switch off the flame and garnish it with Coriander leaves.
