Instructions to make Jam Tarts:
  1. Mix Butter and Sugar until the sugar dissolves. Add flour and baking powder and mix until a dough is formed.
  2. Take a quarter of the mixed dough and put into a bowl. Add coconut then mix.
  3. Put the quarter dough into fridge. Take the rest of the dough and put into battered oven pan and press it all over the pan.
  4. Take jam and spread it it on top of dough which has been pressed onto a pan. Sprinkle cinnamon.
  5. Remove the dough which was placed in the fridge.
  6. Using a grater, grate the dough from the fridge onto dough that is placed onto the pan
  7. Preheat oven to 180 deg. Place dough into oven and bake for 20-30 minutes
  8. Allow to cool off and cut into squares.
