  10. Add salt n mix well. keep it in the fridge (optional) as you wait for your chops to be ready.
  11. Once chops are ready, plate them, add your side salad n serve.
  12. You can serve them with ugali, Roast potatoes, French fries or any accompaniment of your choice.
