  2. Heat a pan with coconut oil and when hot place the fish and cook until crispy and golden brown from both sides. Done !

Add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt to complete the paste. Score the fish and rub in the marinade. Fry in coconut oil with a dash of pepper. Once it is fully fried, keep it aside. Heat oil in another pan, add ginger and garlic, and stir it for a minute.
