  4. Stir in your Crayfish, stir together and then add vegetable. Stir together and turn of the heat.
  5. Your plantain pottage is ready. Enjoy with a glass of water or any soft drink of your choice.

I add the potatoes because I honestly do not enjoy the taste of unripe plantain. I love the texture and flavor. Plantain Pottage is a very popular pottage dish, particularly in West Africa.
