The ingredients needed to make No Bake Granola:
Make ready Wet stuff
Make ready 1/2 cup Agave Syrup
Get 1/2 cup almond butter
Make ready 1/2 cup chocolate morsels
Get Dry stuff
Get 2 cup granola cereal
Make ready 1/2 cup dried cranberries
Get 1/2 cup Apple, chopped
Instructions to make No Bake Granola:
In a saucepan, over medium-low heat, combine the wet ingredients until melted.
Optional- add seasoning to the wet. I have used cinnamon and ancho chili powder to give it a Mexican flavor.
In a large bowl, mix together the dry ingredients.
Slowly pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients while mixing constantly. I recommend a wooden spoon.
When all of the dry is fully saturated with the wet, pour the mess onto a large sheet of parchment paper. Fold over the parchment paper and push the larger flat edge of a cookie sheet into it, wedding the mass onto a long. Stick it in the fridge for about an hour. For Halloween, I had formed it all into a skull which I decorated with icing.
Once it has cooled down, remove the log from the fridge, Peel back the paper, and slice it into discs.
