  1. Take a frying pan n heat it,add oil, tomatoes,green chilli, green garlic n seasonings(half or to taste).cover n let it cook for few mins on low flame.
  2. Uncover n mash tomato,add egg n sprinkle seasonings n little bit of capsicum n green chillies cover n cook it for 2 mins on low flame..
  3. Garnish it with fresh coriander,Tadaaa!!! Its ready,serve it with toast n tea😁
