Hello everybody, I hope you are having an incredible day today. Today, we’re going to make a distinctive dish, shakshuka. It is one of my favorites food recipes. For mine, I’m gonna make it a bit unique. This will be really delicious.

Shakshuka is one of the most popular of recent trending foods on earth. It’s simple, it is fast, it tastes yummy. It is appreciated by millions daily. They are fine and they look wonderful. Shakshuka is something that I have loved my entire life.

To begin with this recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can have shakshuka using 16 ingredients and 3 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Shakshuka:
  1. Make ready 3 eggs
  2. Prepare 3 tomatoes puree
  3. Get 1 big onion chopped finely
  4. Take 2 tbsp garlic chopped
  5. Get 1 tsp ground cumin seeds
  6. Prepare 1 tsp paprika
  7. Take 1 tsp red chilli powder
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp freshly crushed peoper
  9. Take 2 tbsp olive oil
  10. Prepare 2 tbsp chopped cilantro/coriander leaves
  11. Make ready to taste Salt
  12. Make ready 1/2 tsp sugar
  13. Make ready 1 red bell pepper chopped
  14. Make ready 1 green bell pepper chopped
  15. Make ready 2 green chillies chopped
  16. Take as needed water
Instructions to make Shakshuka:
  1. I have used non-stick pan..keep a large pan on a medium flame add 2tbsp of olive oil, heat up add chopped onions, and chopped bell peppers including garlic, saute it for 3-4 minutes
  2. When it becomes little soft and translucent add in tomato puree,to this add red chilli powder, salt, sugar, paprika, ground cumin powder, give it a good mix, saute for two minutes, add 1/4 water and let it cook on low flame closing the lid of the pan, I cooked it for approx 10-15 minutes
  3. Now take out the lid, use your large spoon to make small wells in the sauce and crack the eggs in to each well, cover the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes on low flame or until the eggs are done to your liking, take out from the flame sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and some freshly crushed pepper..your shakshuka is ready to serve..
