  1. Pat your fish fillet dry
  2. Cut your fillet into bite-sizes and coat them with half of your spice mix. Use any preferred spices.Sprinkle some lemon juice too
  3. Heat up some oil in a pan and add your onion and garlic. Let it cook till the garlic releases a fragrance
  4. Add in your tomatoes and 2 tablespoons of tomato paste,lime juice, and the remaining spice mix.Add some salt. Add in your water or coconut milk to create a thick sauce.
  5. Let it simmer on high heat and reduce the heat when the liquid decreases.
  6. Throw in your seasoned fillet but do not stir.Let it cook uncovered for a few minutes
  7. Give it 10-15 minutes for the fillet to cook through. Gently mix everything without breaking the fillet further. Taste to check your seasoning and adjust if necessary.
  8. Turn off the flame and garnish with some parsley
  9. You can serve with rice too
