Prepare 1/4 cup maida and cornflour(mix with water)
Take 1 cup bread crumbs
Get 1 tsp chilli flakes
Make ready as per taste salt
Make ready as required Oil for Frying

For Pattice Stuffing-Take a big bowl and add into the paneer, cheese, chopped Veggies, Spices and maida and mix it well.
Now take a Pizza Base And use the cookie cutter and cut round small pieces and fill stuffing-Take one small round pizza base and cut two small rounds put the stuffing then add onion ring, tomato and capsicum, apply sauce on the second base and cover it nicely. Carefully dip into the maida slurry and now coat the breadcrumbs and rest For 5 Mints in the freezer.
Heat oil in a kadhai and fry until golden and crisp. - For Milk Chilli Cheese Sauce–Take a pan add milk, cheese, cornflour and stir or mix it now add one tsp hot chilli sauce and one tsp small capsicum pieces keep stirring for pouring sauce. The sauce is ready.
