  2. Mix it well and pour in a rose shaped mould spreading it all over evenly. Drain the excess chocolate.
  3. Freeze it in a freezer for 15min to set completely.
  4. Meanwhile let’s prepare the mousse.
  5. In a medium bowl using a blender, beat whipping cream to stiff peaks. Add about 2 tablespoons of Nutella in it and continue to beat. Further add the coco powder and beat well. Refrigerate immediately.
  6. Carefully unwrap chocolate cups from mould. Place mousse into a piping bag fitted with an open star tip and pipe into cups.
  7. Put some chopped canned cherries over the mousse and then the crumbed chocolate cake and line it over the cherries and mousse.
  8. Refrigerate it until set and ready to serve.
  9. Pipe some mousse into a small glass bowl as in pic and garnish with coco powder and chocolate.
  10. Now once the rose moulds are set line them on a serving platter upside down to show the rose mould up along with the mousse cup and garnish with coco powder and chocolate sauce.
