The ingredients needed to make Garlic soup:
  1. Prepare 4 balls of garlic
  2. Take 4 slices toasted frenchbread
  3. Prepare 1 half potato, chopped
  4. Make ready 1 liter vegetable broth

  6. Get 1 spoon flower
  7. Make ready Salt and pepper
Instructions to make Garlic soup:
  1. Heat the garlic in the oven at 175 degrees for about half an hour. Make you sure you just cut the top of and don't peal it.
  2. Now squash em' out in the pan, along with the rest of the ingredients except the flower..
  3. Bring to boil and boil it on a lower heat for ten minutes.
  4. Blend it then strain the soup through a bulb sieve, back in the pan and finish with some salt and pepper..
  5. Bind it with a spoon of flower mixed with some water. Wait til the soup boils again first, then bind… after a minute it's finished…
  6. Finish the soup with a crouton, some good olive oil and rough seasalt…
