Instructions to make Spiced carrot and lentil soup:
  1. In a large pot add the olive oil and onion. Add the Harrisa paste, chilli flakes and ground cumin. Let soften for 2 minutes.
  2. Theb add the carrots, red lentils, 1l hot vegetable stock and 125ml milk to the pan and bring to the boil.
  3. Simmer for 15 mins until the lentils have swollen and softened.
  4. Whizz the soup and season to taste.
