  1. Cut kimchi in pieces. Place a table spoon of sesame oil and stir fry for a while. (By stir frying kimchi, it will become less sour)
  2. Cut leek in round slices and stir fry together with kimchi.
  3. Cut a mustard in small pieces and stir fry together.
  4. Add 500ml of water and soup stock. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Serve hot! Having an boiled egg is also my favorite way to enjoy this soup.
