The ingredients needed to make Cream of Mushroom Soup:
  1. Take 1 Tsp Oil
  2. Take 1 Tbsp Butter
  3. Prepare 2 medium sized chopped Onions

  6. Take 1/2 tsp black pepper power
  7. Take to taste Salt
  8. Take As needed Water
  9. Make ready 50 gram Cream
  10. Make ready 1 Tbsp Corn flour
Instructions to make Cream of Mushroom Soup:
  1. Heat a pan, Add butter and oil
  2. Add Mushrooms and saute for 5 min and keep stirring on medium flame
  3. Add onions and garlic and cook until Golder brown
  4. Add Black pepper powder and salt
  5. Add water and corn flour slurry and cook for 5 min
  6. Cool down and use mixer grinder to blend
  7. Pour it to pan and add some Black pepper powder and fresh cream
  8. Mix it well and cook for 2 mins and Mushroom Soup is ready to serve.
  9. Garnish with fresh cream and chopped green chilli and Mushrooms
